Mode 01

In the room

Your building is open twenty-four hours a day whether anyone is in it or not. This is what puts someone behind the glass.

Quick answer

The agent runs on a screen inside your physical space — a storefront window, a lobby, a showroom, a waiting room. A person walking past can ask it a real question out loud and get a real answer, at any hour, with no staff present. Everything it learns about that person lands in your CRM before you open the next morning.

The example

The storefront that stayed open.

The clearest version of this is a real-estate one, because the problem is so visible: people walk past a brokerage window at night, look at the listings in the glass, and then go home and search somewhere else.

Property windows are a nineteenth-century interface. Printed cards, faded by the sun, out of date within a fortnight, and completely silent when someone actually stops in front of them at nine on a Saturday night — which, for real estate, is exactly when people stop in front of them.

We put the agent in the window instead. It notices someone standing there. It greets them. They ask about the three-bed on the corner, what the HOA is, whether anything similar is under two and a half million. It answers, shows them the matches on screen, and asks if they would like the details sent over.

By the time the office opens on Monday, the agent has captured what they were looking for, what price band, and how to reach them — from a conversation that previously would not have happened at all.

  • Runs after hours, on weekends and on holidays
  • Answers from live inventory rather than a printed card
  • Captures a qualified enquiry from a walk-past
  • Costs nothing per conversation once installed
Where else it belongs

Any room where people arrive with a question.

Dental & medical waiting rooms

Answers the insurance and procedure questions patients are too embarrassed to ask the front desk, and pre-fills intake while they wait.

Spa and salon receptions

Explains treatments, matches a guest to the right service, and books the follow-up before they have left the building.

Showrooms and yards

Specs, availability, dimensions, lead times — answered at the machine rather than by walking back to a desk.

Hotel and rental lobbies

Local recommendations, check-in questions and upsells in whatever language the guest speaks.

Trade counters

Keeps serving during the lunch hour and after the counter closes, so the trade customer does not drive to a competitor.

Events and open houses

A knowledgeable second presence on the floor when there is one of you and thirty of them.

Installing it

What it actually takes.

STEP 01Pick the surface

A screen you already own is usually fine. If not, we specify one — the requirement is modest, and brightness matters more than resolution for a window.

STEP 02Point it at the internet

It runs in a browser in kiosk mode. There is no server in your building and nothing to maintain on site.

STEP 03Train it on the room

What is in this space, what people standing here usually want, and what it should do when it cannot help.

STEP 04Wire the capture

Whatever it learns goes to your CRM, your inbox, or both — in the format your team already works from.

What you need on siteA screen and a stable internet connection. That is the entire hardware requirement in most installs.
Does it need a camera? No. Presence-triggered greeting is optional and off by default — many businesses prefer a simple touch-or-speak-to-start, and some locations should not have a camera at all.
PrivacyConversations are handled the same way as the website agent. No recording of passers-by, and nothing captured unless a person chooses to interact.
LanguagesThe same multilingual capability as every other mode — relevant in Southwest Florida, where a meaningful share of walk-ups are not English-first.
Who maintains itWe do. It updates centrally; nobody in your building has to touch it.
FAQ

Questions we get asked

Does someone have to touch a screen in a shop window?

Not necessarily — that is one of the reasons this build works better than a touch kiosk. It can be voice-first through the glass, or use a QR handoff so the conversation continues on the person's own phone as they walk away. Which one is right depends on the window, the street and the hours.

What happens if it cannot answer?

It says so, and captures the question. An agent that admits a gap and takes a contact detail is worth far more than one that guesses — and a captured question is a genuinely useful thing to read on Monday, because it tells you what your window is being asked.

Is this the same agent as the one on my website?

Yes — same knowledge base, same guardrails, different surface and different framing. It knows it is talking to someone standing outside a building rather than someone browsing at a desk, and behaves accordingly.

Do you only work with businesses in Naples?

No. Naples and Southwest Florida are home, and a good share of our clients are here — but we build for businesses across the United States and internationally. Being local matters for the strategy, not for the delivery.
