Not the brief — the problem. Leads too expensive, phone not answered, competitors outranking you, no time to run any of it.
- We tell you what we would do first
Specifically, and in what order, and roughly what it involves. Including when the answer is "not much" or "not us".
- You decide whether to continue
If it is a fit we scope it properly. If it is not, you have had a useful twenty minutes and we part on good terms.

What does an engagement cost?
Engagements are scoped to the business rather than sold from a rate card, so there is no honest number we could put on this page. What we can say is that Phase 1 is a substantial piece of work and priced accordingly, and that we will give you a real number after one conversation rather than after four.
Do you do one-off projects?
Some. A website build or an agent deployment can stand alone. The earned channels — AEO, GEO, organic social — genuinely do not work as one-off projects, and we will say so rather than sell you a version that does not.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on current capacity, which we keep deliberately constrained. We would rather tell you there is a wait than take the work and under-serve it.
What if we are already with another agency?
Fine, and common. We will not run a teardown of their work to win yours — if what they are doing is working, we will tell you that too.
It is twenty minutes and there is no deck.
Worst case, you get an outside read on your numbers from someone who has seen a lot of them.
