Mode 03

Inside your technology

You are already paying for nine tools. This is the one place they finally talk to each other — and something intelligent sits on top.

Quick answer

We build you a dashboard that connects the software you already run — CRM, calendar, invoicing, inventory, email, phone, reviews, advertising accounts — into one place. The Everything Agent then operates that dashboard: it reads across every connected tool, answers questions about your business in plain language, and takes actions in the underlying systems.

It is not a replacement for your tools. It is the layer that makes owning nine of them survivable.

Why this exists

Nine tabs is not a system.

Small businesses did not choose fragmentation — it happened one sensible purchase at a time. A scheduler because the phone was ringing. An invoicing tool because the accountant asked. A review platform because someone said reviews matter. Each one solved its problem and none of them speak to each other.

The cost is not the subscriptions. It is that nobody can answer a simple question — how many enquiries turned into work last month, and what did each one cost — without half a day of exporting and reconciling.

This mode is the answer to that question being available in one sentence, at any time, from anyone who is allowed to ask.

  • One login, one view, one place to ask
  • Data pulled from the systems of record, not re-keyed
  • The agent acts in the underlying tools, not just reports on them
  • Role-based access so staff see their part and you see all of it
What connects

The categories we wire as standard.

The specific vendors vary by client. These are the buckets — if you run something in one of them, it almost certainly connects.

The lineage

This is not a new idea here.

The dashboard is the oldest part of the business. 1 On 1 Internet Marketing has run a multi-client, multi-location dashboard since the early 2000s — agencies, franchises and multi-site operators managing listings, tasks, content and reporting through one interface.

What is new is the agent sitting on top of it. The dashboard used to be a place you went to look at your business. Now it is a thing you can ask.

That heritage matters for an unglamorous reason: connecting business software is mostly a long tail of edge cases, permissions, rate limits and vendors who change their API without telling anyone. Twenty-five years of doing it is worth more here than any amount of AI enthusiasm.

  • Multi-location and franchise structures handled natively
  • White-label available for agencies and partners
  • Role-based access down to the individual staff member
  • Built to survive vendors changing their minds

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Do I have to replace the software I already use?

No, and we would usually advise against it. The point is to connect what you have. Replacement is a separate, much more disruptive conversation, and it is rarely the highest-return move in year one.

What if one of my tools has no integration?

It happens, particularly with older industry-specific software. There are usually workarounds — scheduled exports, email parsing, or a thin bridge we build. Sometimes there genuinely is not one, and we will tell you that rather than promise it.

Can my staff use it, or is it owner-only?

Both. Access is role-based: a technician sees their jobs, a front-desk sees the diary and the inbox, you see everything including the numbers.

Where does the data actually live?

In your existing systems. The dashboard reads from and writes to them; it is not a new system of record. That is deliberate — it means you are never trapped, because the data was never moved somewhere only we can reach.

How long has My Local Everything been doing this?

Since 2001. The company was founded as 1 On 1 Internet Marketing, which My Local Everything is merging with — across those 25 years the business has served more than 17,000 clients and affiliates. The AI side of the practice is newer; the local-marketing side is not.
