At a glance
We collect what you send us through an enquiry form or the AI agent, plus standard technical data. We use it to reply to you and to improve the site. We do not sell it, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form. Who we are
My Local Everything is an AI marketing agency based in Naples, Florida, operating the website mylocaleverything.com. You can reach us at hello@mylocaleverything.com.
What we collect
We collect information you give us directly and a limited amount of technical information automatically.
- Enquiry forms. Your name, business name, email address, industry, indicative budget where you choose to provide it, and whatever you write in the message field.
- AI agent conversations. If you use the agent on this site, the content of that conversation and any contact details you choose to share within it.
- Technical data. Standard server and analytics information such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type and referring site.
What we do with it
- Reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, scope and deliver work for you.
- Improve the website and the agent — including reviewing conversation transcripts to correct answers the agent got wrong.
- Meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in an enquiry form — if you want to hear from us regularly you have to ask.
Who processes it
We use third-party service providers to operate the site and our business: form processing, email, hosting, analytics, CRM and AI model providers. Each processes data on our instructions for the purposes above. Where an AI model provider processes agent conversations, that processing is subject to their terms and we configure retention as tightly as the service allows.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client records are retained for as long as the relationship continues and afterwards for the period our legal and accounting obligations require. Agent conversation transcripts are retained for up to 12 months for quality purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@mylocaleverything.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are covered by a specific privacy regime that grants you further rights, tell us which and we will honour them.
Cookies
This site uses cookies necessary for it to function and, where enabled, basic analytics cookies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects you directly, tell you.
