01 · The radar
Reads competitors, review sites, forums, newsletters and local news for what your market is actually asking about this week — so the content answers something real rather than filling a slot.
Not posting for the sake of posting. Building the recognition that makes every other channel cheaper.
We run a content engine with five parts: a radar that reads your market for what customers are asking right now, a studio that writes posts in your voice and produces the images and video, a calendar you approve once a month, publishing that rewrites each post for each platform, and conversation handling that answers comments and DMs and books the people who are ready.
Organic social rarely closes a sale on its own, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling vanity metrics. What it does is more valuable and much harder to attribute: it makes you a name someone half-recognises.
A recognised name converts better on a paid ad, gets clicked more in a search result, and gets mentioned more often in the places AI models learn from. It lowers the price of everything else you do.
It also produces the raw material that AEO and GEO feed on. Consistent, substantive, on-topic publishing is one of the more reliable ways to become the kind of source a model reaches for.

Writes in your voice, from your knowledge base, and produces the images and short-form video to go with it — using your own photography first wherever it exists.
A month laid out in one view, timed to the hour that works per platform. You look at it once, comment where you disagree, and approve.
Automatic across 20+ platforms, with each post rewritten for that platform rather than cross-posted identically — which is the thing that makes accounts look automated.
Comments and DMs answered, people qualified, the ready ones booked, and anything sensitive escalated to you rather than answered.
Nothing publishes that you have not seen. For regulated industries we tighten this further — dental and medical clients often review line by line, and that is correct.
Every generated image is a small withdrawal from your credibility. Customers are getting very good at spotting them, and in industries built on trust — medical, dental, luxury, real estate — the cost of being caught with a synthetic photo of a room you do not have is real.
So we use your own photography first, always. We will tell you what is missing, help you get it, and use generated imagery only for genuinely abstract material where no real photograph exists or could exist.
When we do use it, it is logged as a placeholder in your project file with a note to replace it. Nothing generated quietly becomes permanent.
| First choice | Your existing photography and video |
|---|---|
| Second choice | New photography we help you plan and brief |
| Third choice | Licensed stock, where it is honestly generic |
| Last resort | Generated imagery — abstract only, always logged, never of premises, staff or work you have not done |
That is the failure mode we work hardest against. It writes from a documented brand voice built out of your existing material and a conversation with you, and the first month is heavily edited. If it does not sound like you by month two, that is our problem to fix.
Whichever ones your customers are actually on — which for most local businesses is fewer than the list of platforms that exist. We would rather run four properly than twenty badly, even though the tooling supports twenty.
No, though if you are willing to be, it works better. For owners who would rather not, there is plenty of format that does not require it — work in progress, before-and-after, explanation over footage.
You reject it in the calendar and tell us why. The "why" is the useful part — a few rounds of that and the engine stops producing that category of thing.
Since 2001. My Local Everything is merging with 1 On 1 Internet Marketing, founded that year, which has served more than 17,000 clients and affiliates across 25 years of local marketing.
It is worth more than any single post, and it makes every other channel you run cheaper.
