Quick answer

In short: below is a selection of live client deployments. Each was built end to end here — research, design, copywriting, build, structured data, AEO and, on several, the Everything Agent itself.

We show captures of the running sites rather than mockups. Where a client has asked not to be named publicly, they are not listed.

A note on this portfolio

What we will not show you.

We do not publish client performance numbers we have not independently verified, and we do not publish a client's name without their agreement. That means this page is shorter than it could be, and shorter than most agency portfolios.

Several of the most substantial engagements — full Phase 1 builds with live voice agents, in medical, equipment and hospitality — are not shown here because the client has not cleared public use. We would rather have a thin portfolio page than a fast one.

If you want references, we will arrange them properly: a conversation with a real client in a comparable industry, rather than a testimonial quote we wrote and they approved.

How these were built

The same process, every time.

None of these were templates. Each one started with research and ended with a technical pass that most agencies never run.

  1. Research before design

We document the business properly first — services, prices, policies, voice, the real questions customers ask, the competitors and what they claim. That document becomes the source of truth for the copy, the schema and, later, the agent. Skipping it is why so much agency work reads as generic: nobody found anything out.

  2. Design to the business, not to a trend

A dental practice, an equipment yard and a hospitality brand should not come out looking the same. Each build picks its own palette, typography and motion language, then executes it to the same standard.

  3. Written by someone who understood it

Every word on these sites was written for that business. No spun content, no filler paragraphs padding a word count, no claims the client cannot support.

  4. A technical pass most agencies skip

Structured data as one interlinked graph, answer-shaped content, crawlable raw HTML, AI-crawler access, consistent facts off-site. This is the work that decides whether an AI names the business, and it is invisible until it matters.

  5. Launched, then measured

A site going live is the start of the useful part. What people actually search, ask and click changes the next revision.

What we measure afterwards

The numbers that decide whether it worked.

A new website that looks better and performs identically is a redecoration, not an investment. These are the things we check once a build has been live long enough to say anything honest.

01

Enquiries, not sessions

Traffic is an input. The only output worth reporting is how many real enquiries arrived and what each one cost — which is why the reporting is wired to that rather than to a pageview chart.

02

Answer-engine presence

A fixed set of real customer questions, run across the major AI assistants on a schedule, recording whether the business is named, how it is described, and who appears instead when it is not.

03

What the agent was asked

On builds with the Everything Agent, the transcripts are the most honest market research available — they show exactly what the site failed to answer, and that changes the site.

FAQ

Questions about this work

Why is this portfolio shorter than most agency portfolios?

Because we only show work we have permission to show, and we do not publish performance numbers we have not verified. Several of the largest engagements — full Phase 1 builds with live voice agents in medical, equipment and hospitality — are not on this page for exactly that reason.

Are these real screenshots?

Yes. Every image on this page is a capture of the running deployment, not a mockup, a render or a design comp. If a site is shown here it is live.

Did you do the design and the copy, or just the build?

All of it, in house — research, design, copywriting, build, structured data and the AEO pass. That is deliberate: the technical work and the words have to be decided together for either to be any good.

Can I speak to one of these clients?

Yes, and we would rather arrange that than send you a testimonial quote. A conversation with a real client in a comparable industry tells you far more than a sentence we wrote and they approved.

How long does a build like these take?

A full Phase 1 is typically around ninety days from kickoff to a launched site with the agent deployed and the earned channels running. Smaller standalone builds are faster. We would rather quote you a real timeline after one conversation than a generic one here.
