AI marketing for real estate

This is where the in-room agent was first built, because the window was the most obvious thing in the industry doing nothing.

Quick answer — real estate

In short: Real estate is a twenty-four-hour browsing business staffed on a nine-to-five schedule, with a shopfront full of printed cards that were out of date a fortnight ago.

We build for real estate businesses specifically — the agent is trained on your services, prices and policies, and the guardrails are set for your category rather than borrowed from a generic template.

What is actually true here

The four things that decide real estate outcomes.

01

Browsing happens at night and at weekends

Which is precisely when nobody is in the office and the window is silent. The storefront agent exists specifically for this.

02

Speed of response decides representation

The agent who responds first to an enquiry wins a disproportionate share of them. This is one of the best-established findings in the industry and one of the least acted upon.

03

The questions are always the same

HOA, taxes, flood zone, schools, square footage, what sold nearby. Endlessly repeated, entirely answerable, and currently answered one phone call at a time.

04

Naples has a distinct buyer

Seasonal, relocating, frequently paying cash, frequently international. Multilingual capability is not a nice-to-have in this market.

The agent, here

What it does for a real estate business.

Same agent, trained on your practice, your fleet, your floor or your book — not on a generic template for your category.

  • Runs in the office window after hours, answering out loud and capturing the walk-past
  • Answers HOA, tax, flood-zone and comparable questions from real data instead of a callback
  • Qualifies budget and timeframe before an agent spends a Saturday on a showing
  • Handles enquiries in Spanish, Portuguese and French for an international buyer pool

The local picture

Real Estate in Southwest Florida.

This market has a buyer profile most of the country does not: seasonal, relocating, frequently paying cash, frequently international, and researching at hours when no office is staffed. Flood zone, HOA, insurance and tax questions carry more weight here than almost anywhere, and they are asked constantly and answered one phone call at a time. That is precisely the repetitive, high-value question layer an agent removes — and it is why the storefront concierge was built for this industry first.

The first ninety days

STEP 01Document the business

Two weeks establishing what you actually sell, at what price, under what policies, and what your customers genuinely ask before they buy. This becomes the knowledge base the agent answers from and the source the answer engines read.

STEP 02Deploy the agent

Usually on the website first, because it works on traffic you already pay for and proves the value before another dollar of media is spent.

STEP 03Earn the answer

AEO and GEO work on the site and off it — structured facts, answer-shaped content, crawler access, and consistency across every directory a model might check.

STEP 04Then buy demand

Paid and AI advertising switch on once there is something worth sending people to, and once the transcripts have shown what actually converts.

The rest of Phase 1

The agent is the centre. These surround it.

AEO & GEO

Being the business an AI names when someone asks about real estate in your city — and being described accurately when it does.

How GEO works

Organic & paid

A content engine that builds recognition, and paid media measured on what a customer actually cost rather than on clicks.

The content engine

AI advertising

Paid placement inside the assistants, while the inventory is early and the competition in your category has not arrived.

FAQ

Real Estate — questions we get asked

Does it connect to MLS or IDX?

That is the intent and it depends on your board's rules and your feed agreement, which vary considerably. Where a compliant feed is available, it answers from live inventory. Where it is not, it works from an authorised subset you control. We check the rules before promising the integration.

Will it replace my agents?

No. It handles the repetitive question layer and the hours nobody is working, then hands a qualified, informed person to an agent. The showing, the negotiation and the relationship are not things it does or should do.
