The blocking objection differs
Dental loses on cost transparency. Transportation loses on availability. Luxury loses on provenance. Getting the wrong one right does not help.
Different buyers, different objections, different regulators. The agent is trained on yours, not on a template for your category.
We build for ten industries: dental, concierge medicine, HVAC, landscaping, retail, real estate, transportation, luxury goods, spas and technology. Each has a different buyer, a different objection that blocks the sale, and in several cases a different regulator — so each gets a different set of guardrails, a different content strategy and a differently trained agent.
An agent that knows a dental practice needs to answer insurance questions before it answers anything else is worth something. An agent that knows "healthcare" is worth nothing.
Dental loses on cost transparency. Transportation loses on availability. Luxury loses on provenance. Getting the wrong one right does not help.
A med-spa needs constraints a landscaper does not. A brokerage has board rules. Generic deployments get these wrong in ways that matter.
AEO and GEO depend on knowing what people actually ask in your category. That is research, not a keyword tool.
The questions that decide whether someone books are the ones they are too embarrassed to ask your front desk.
How we build for dentalYour prospective member is comparing you to two other practices and will not fill in a form to do it.
How we build for concierge medicineIn August in Florida, the company that answers first wins the job. Frequently that is the only variable.
How we build for hvacYour best marketing asset is the work itself, and almost nobody photographs it properly.
How we build for landscaping"Do you have it in stock?" is the only question that matters, and almost no independent retailer answers it online.
How we build for retailThis is where the in-room agent was first built, because the window was the most obvious thing in the industry doing nothing.
How we build for real estateEvery enquiry is a scheduling puzzle, and every unanswered one goes to whoever picks up next.
How we build for transportationAt this price point the buyer has questions they will not ask in front of another customer.
How we build for luxury goodsMost spa enquiries are really one question: which treatment is right for me? Almost nobody answers it before the booking.
How we build for spasYour buyer researches for six weeks before they contact you, and increasingly they do that research by asking an AI.
How we build for technologyThese ten are where we have depth — real pattern recognition from doing the work repeatedly rather than a page we wrote to catch search traffic.
Plenty of businesses outside them are a good fit, and 25 years of local marketing across 17,000+ clients and affiliates covers a great deal more ground than ten categories. What we will not do is pretend to specialist knowledge of your industry on day one when we do not have it.
If you are outside the ten, tell us what you do. We will be straightforward about whether we are the right people.
| Where we have depth | The ten industries listed above |

| Where we can still help | Most local and professional services businesses |
| Where we would decline | Anything where we would be learning your industry on your budget |
| How to find out | A twenty-minute conversation, no deck |
Common, and usually fine — a med-spa sits between spas and concierge medicine, an equipment dealer between retail and transportation. What matters is which objection blocks your sale, because that is what the agent and the content get built around. We work that out on the first call rather than making you pick a category.
The architecture is the same and the content is not. Every engagement gets the Everything Agent, the answer-engine work and the channels around it — but the knowledge base, the guardrails, the questions we optimise for and the escalation rules are specific to your category. A med-spa needs constraints a landscaper does not, and a brokerage has board rules neither of them has.
Research, then transcripts. We document your business and market before anything is built, and once the agent is live the record of what people actually asked it becomes the most honest market research available. That is what drives the second revision, and it is specific to you rather than to your category.
Tell us what you do. Ten is where we have genuine depth from repetition, but twenty-five years of local marketing across 17,000+ clients and affiliates covers considerably more ground than ten categories. What we will not do is claim specialist knowledge of your industry on day one when we do not have it.
Not in the same market, in most cases. Running answer-engine work for two competing businesses in one city is a conflict we would rather decline than manage, and we will tell you if your category is already taken locally.
The first call is about your business, not a capabilities presentation.
